Fresh ricotta is a famous Italian cheese, made with buttermilk of cream cheese (spun curd type). It’s usually packed with heat paper. White colored, with a nice smell, Ricotta presents a soft consistency. Adding some milk to the original recipe, makes it tastier and creamier.
